Duck's no vegetable. It's silverbeet. Cook it however you like. pasta, sauteed, steamed, pastries, salads.......
Out of curiosity though.. Why'd you buy something when you didn't even know what it was?

lol. it looked green and i was on the lookout for vegetables. furthermore, i've had enough of bak choi, choi sum, and cabbage.
it doesn't look remotely silver to me...
and you say pasta, sauteed, steamed, pastries, salads, but you didn't say whether i can use it to just stirfry or not.

Yes I have tried the silverbeet, and I hate them. Never going to even look at them anymore. Hahaha.
