"Wuliao" is Chinese meaning boring/meaningless/uninteresting/tasteless/lame etc. Also known as "wu liao".
e.g.
"So last week I decided to write to my crush and tell him I am no longer interested in him-HAHAHA (forced laughter)."
"You are so darned WULIAO."

I've looked it up, and it explains it quite perfectly, but someone should expand it to match the 'GG' entry they have.
