I've been watching too too too much Top Chef lately, and am loving how they put a nice perfect sunny side-up egg on top of their dishes. I thus decided that I'd do the same as well, since sunny side-up eggs aren't that hard to make, right?
So this, is what I call, Pie & Eggs.
